See who delivered. Live.
The kickoff flowchart becomes the live map of the operation between companies. Each block lights up when the responsible system responds, and everything becomes a report with an integrity seal.
Free to start, no limits in the first 30 days. No card.
Coordinators and managers
See whether each party is delivering what was agreed, without depending on status reports in spreadsheets.
Partners and business owners
Understand the whole process in one place, in business language, and check the history when they need to.
Technology teams
Receive a contract per block: what goes in, what comes out and where to send the callback.
How it works
The same design, from kickoff to go-live.
The flowchart approved at the kickoff meeting does not go into a drawer: it becomes the control panel of the real operation.
- 01
Design the process
Build the flow in lanes, one per company. Each block documents what it does, what it does not do and what it must deliver.
- 02
Hand over the keys
Each block gets an ID and an access key. The responsible team plugs the callback into the ERP, the orchestrator or wherever the work happens.
- 03
Follow it live
When a participant’s system responds, the block lights up on the board. Every company sees, at the same time, who has already delivered.
- 04
Close with proof
Everything that went through stays in the audit trail. At the end, a spreadsheet with the data and a certified PDF with an integrity seal.
Lanes with responsibility
A lane is not decoration: dragging a block to another lane transfers the responsibility to that lane’s company.
End-to-end Tracking ID
The first block generates the operation ID. Every callback must carry it, and it stamps every line of the reports.
Two-layer documentation
Business rules for managers and partners, technical contract for technology teams. Each audience reads what it needs.
AI assistant
Describe the process in your own words and the AI draws lanes, blocks and decisions. Adjustments keep the keys the teams have already received.
Integration over HTTP
A POST with the block key and the Tracking ID. No SDK and no queue to configure: it works from any system.
Certified report
PDF with the participants, the steps and the complete trail, sealed with SHA-256. Any later change to the trail invalidates the seal.
Live Mode
One call lights up the block.
The participant’s team makes a POST with the block key and the Tracking ID. The block lights up on every company’s board at the same time; decision blocks report the outcome, and the flow follows the chosen path.
- The same board serves today’s operation and the audit of one that took five years. Only the time window changes.
- "Waiting for Registry Office 3 for 2 h 14 min": the board shows the facts, it does not point fingers.
- Each event goes into the audit trail with the Tracking ID and the exact time.

FAQ
What people ask before they start.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan does not ask for a card and does not expire. It has everything in Pro, with 5 flows and 1 operation every 7 days; in the account’s first 30 days there is no limit, so you can implement and test. We let you know by email when 15, 10 and 5 days are left, and on the last day.
What changes between plans?
Only the limits: every plan has the editor, Live Mode, the audit trail and the reports. Free: 5 flows and 1 operation every 7 days, no limit in the first 30 days. Pro: unlimited flows and 10 operations every 7 days. Business: unlimited flows and operations.
What counts as an operation, and how is the week counted?
Each run of a flow is an operation: the start block generates a new Tracking ID. It counts from the moment it is opened and stops counting 7 days later: it is the last 7 calendar days, not the calendar week. In a shared flow, operations count against the plan of the account that owns it.
How do the other companies integrate?
Each block has an access key. The responsible team makes a POST to the API with that key and the operation’s Tracking ID whenever the step moves forward. It works from any system that can make an HTTP call.
What about manual steps?
Those without a system answer through the Nexo Trace form, notified by email, or in My steps, and can send a spreadsheet with several steps at once.
How does the AI assistant work?
In the editor, you describe the process and the AI draws the flow. Each message uses 1 credit, and every account starts with 10. Off-topic requests are declined and do not use credit.
How does sign-in work?
With an access link: you enter your email and receive a link that works once. There is no password to leak or forget.
